Today’s lunch: bean and cheese spirals on whole wheat tortilla, pluots and blueberries, green beans and corn (K)/zucchini (me), ketchup (with tabasco for me). Two thumbs up on the spirals, a big no on the pluot, and a solid “meh” for everything else.
